Identity checks

At Boomzy we look after you like a brother. That includes getting to know you properly, and making sure you're old enough to play.

At times we'll need to check your docs, like your Photo ID (driver's licence, passport, government issued identity card etc), or your address (utility bill, bank statement, etc).

The checks are purely to verify your age and identity, and aren't used for anything else.

The legal age for gaming online varies from country to country, so check your local laws before playing.

Staying in control

Boomzy is on your side - we want to help you to stay in control, so we offer a variety of responsible gambling features.

Set deposit limits

Take financial control of your gaming account with the ability to set your own preferred deposit limits. Deposit limits may be set for the following periods:

  • A daily limit that applies for any deposits made during the last 24 hours (daily limits).

  • A weekly limit that applies for any deposits made during the last 7 days (weekly limits).

  • A monthly limit that applies for any deposits made during the last 30 days (monthly limits).

At your request, deposit limits may be decreased, increased or removed entirely.

Take a break

At Boomzy we we never want you to take it too far. Sometimes it makes sense to take a break from gambling. You can request a break for any duration, including the following suggested periods:

  1. 24 hours.

  2. 48 hours.

  3. 1 week.

  4. 2 weeks.

  5. 3 weeks.

  6. 1 month.

  7. 2 months.

  8. 3 months.

To set a break period, visit the Self-exclusion tab of the Gambling limits section of your account page.

When your 'take a break' period expires, your account will automatically be reactivated. On request, we can take a look at your account sooner, but we don't guarantee to reopen your account if it's not in your best interests.

Stop gambling – exclusion

If you ever become concerned about your gambling behaviour, or reach the point where you feel you can't play safely, you need to stop. We will help by excluding you from future gameplay at Boomzy.

When you self exclude, we will:

• Block access to your Boomzy account.

• Contact you to return any money in your account (apart from bonuses, and subject to minimum withdrawal and wagering requirements).

• Put you in touch with a specialist gambling help organisation.

NOTE: Upon a definite exclusion period expiring, your account will automatically be re-activated, except when problem gambling has been cited. Likewise, in the event of an indefinite exclusion having been set, access to your account will be remain blocked until such a time as you actively request to revoke the indefinite exclusion status. Upon a request to revoke an exclusion (definite or indefinite), Boomzy will consider the account for re-activation and, pending the outcome of a change of circumstance review, access to return may be granted.

Boomzy reserves the right to block a customer’s access to gambling indefinitely, should it believe the individual to have a gambling problem. As a further preventative measure, Boomzy recommends you consider applying the same exclusion safeguard at other gambling operators with whom you hold accounts.

Activity statement

Information relating to each of your gaming sessions at Boomzy can be viewed for up to 30 days. The information includes the start date and time of your gaming session, plus its duration.

Further information regarding your activity at Boomzy can also be viewed for a period of at least 90 days. The information includes details about your account balance, gambling history (including bet amounts, winnings and losses), deposits, withdrawals and other related transactions.
