Boomzy is happy to offer our valued customers promotional offers and bonuses both as rewards and to increase the enjoyment of making use of our services. This section governs the rules relating to playing with bonuses and are in addition to the general Terms & Conditions published on the website.

Promotions and bonuses include but are not limited to: deposit bonuses, the Boomzy Loyalty System, free spins, no deposit bonuses, or any special offer presented from us to you. These offers are not a guarantee and are governed by their own individual rules as well as these ones.

Please see the individual offer terms for more details pertaining to the specific offer. These general promotional Terms & Conditions are intended to be used in tandem with the specific offer’s terms.

• Boomzy has sole discretion as to decide who is deemed eligible for promotional offers. We reserve the right to include or exclude any individual, group of customers or players from certain jurisdictions.

• Unless otherwise stated, any offer communicated is intended for you alone. It is not allowed to (try to) claim an offer that was intended for another individual.

• Only real accounts created at Boomzy are eligible to benefit from promotional offers.

• Any promotional offer as described above may only be claimed once per account/person unless otherwise stated. We limit the use of promotional offers to one real account per family, household, residential address, IP address, email address, device, payment method, shared computer location (such as internet café’s or libraries), mobile number or any other unique identifier.

• You may withdraw your cash balance at any time, even prior to meeting the wagering requirements, by canceling your bonus. Please be aware that when you withdraw your cash balance, the bonus and any winnings connected to the bonus and spins will be forfeited if the wagering requirements haven’t been met.

• Using proxy accounts or using accounts that are not owned by you to place bets or creating real accounts on behalf of others is not allowed.

• In order to withdraw any winnings registered from a no deposit bonus, you need to have made at least one real deposit of 10 EUR (or currency equivalent) in your Boomzy account.

• Players can activate only one single bonus at a time. Deposit bonuses don’t stack up.

• We reserve the right to alter, discontinue or terminate any bonus or promotional campaign, or any aspect of it, at any time, with or without notice. This will not affect anyone who has already claimed the bonus and is expecting the bonus reward when they fulfill the requirements.

Boomzy treats a bonus as a separate wallet. What this means is that when you receive a bonus on your account, your cash and bonus are completely separate. When you place bets with us and you have a bonus balance, the bet will be placed with a ratio of bonus to cash. What this means is that if you have 100 cash and 100 bonus and you place a bet of 5, 2.50 will be taken from your cash balance and 2.50 from your bonus balance for that bet.

When that bet returns a win, it will return the win at whatever ratio it had attached when placing the bet. In our example above, a 10 EUR win will be returned as 5 EUR to the cash balance and 5 EUR to the bonus balance.

You are able to withdraw your entire cash balance at any time you wish if all other conditions are met. If you choose to do so, your entire bonus balance will be irrevocably voided. If you wish to convert the bonus funds into cash funds, you need to meet whatever specific requirements are attached to that bonus. If you fail to reach these requirements, the bonus on your account will be removed and any cash balance you had at that time will remain in your cash wallet.

As with the general bonus terms, also the bonus-specific terms of a casino bonus are specified within the offer made. If there is no such specification, the following terms govern the offer:

• The applicable wagering requirements for deposit bonuses will be 35x the bonus amount.

• The maximum bet allowed when using bonus money is 5 EUR (or currency equivalent) per spin and 0.50 EUR per bet line until the wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

• The following games do not count toward bonus wagering requirements, Loyalty System progress and promotion scores unless otherwise specified (raffle or leaderboard points): All Play Together events, 6 in The Chamber, Aviatrix, Max Megaways 2, Razor Returns, The Big Deal Deluxe, Wild Unicorns, Double Roll, all games from the game provider Spribe.

• Not all games contribute the same towards clearing the bonus. The system tracks the progress automatically; the percentages are as follows:

• Video Slots Machines - 100%

• Crash Games - 0%.

• Slots and other game types not specified further below with an RTP of 96.6% or higher –30%

• Casino Hold’em - 10%

• Oasis Poker - 10%

• Texas Hold’em - 10%

• Ultimate Texas Hold’em - 10%

• Punto Banco - 0%

• Roulette (all versions) - 10%

• All other games, except for those that are excluded - 100%.

• Live Dream Catcher/Top Wheel Treasure - 100%

• Live Roulette (all versions) – 10%

• Live Blackjack (all versions) - 10%

• All other Live Casino Games - 10%

• When you're not allowed to play a game with bonus funds, a pop-up will appear, blocking the game from being played. If no such pop-up appears, it means the game is allowed and you can play it.

• You have 30 days to meet the wagering requirements unless otherwise stated. If you don't meet the wagering requirements in time the bonus will be lost.

• If you're playing with bonus, don't try to work around the bonus restrictions in any way to gain an advantage. That includes delaying game rounds intentionally, saving bonus rounds, free spins, or features. We're smart enough to spot this, and we'll close your account.

• If you have made use of any promotional offer that does not require a deposit to trigger and there is no mention of a cashout limit in that specific offer, the assumed maximum profit from such offer is 25 EUR (or currency equivalent).

Players earn Loyalty Coins depending on their Loyalty Level, at the following rates:

• Level 1 - 1 Coin

• Level 2 - 2 Coins

• Level 3 - 4 Coins

• Level 4 - 6 Coins

• Level 5 - 8 Coins

• Level 6 - 12 Coins

• Level 7 - 20 Coins

• Level 8 - 22 Coins

The rate at which players earn Loyalty Points depends on the RTP of the games they are playing:

• Up to 96.8 - 45 EUR

• 96.81-97.50 - 58.52 EUR*

• 97.51-98 - 72 EUR

• 98.01-98.50 - 99.12 EUR

• 98.51-99 - 144.23 EUR*

• 99.01-99.30 - 207.37 EUR*

• 99.31-99.60 - 360 EUR

• 99.61+ - not eligible for earning Loyalty Points

• Players can exchange 100 Loyalty Coins for 1 EUR of bonus money (or currency equivalent).

• The wagering requirements for Loyalty Bonuses are equal to 5x the bonus amount. You have 7 days to clear your wagering requirements.

• The Loyalty System is not looked at as a no deposit offer, meaning there is no assumed maximum profit from Loyalty-exchanges.

• In the case of free spins, the wagering requirements are calculated based on the winnings of such free spins rather than the value of the received free spins. In case free spins are combined with a deposit offer, the wagering requirements of both bonus elements will be added together.

• The conversion of free spins from their listed EUR value to other currencies is limited by the available bet sizes of those currencies on the game the free spins are played on. The value in the converted currency may be different from the EUR value.

• When a deposit bonus that has free spins attached to them is completed, before playing the free spins themselves, the pending free spins connected to that bonus are removed. It is therefore required to play the free spins first or at least before you complete (or lose) the deposit bonus.

Boomzy has a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse and/or bonus fraud. If such activity is suspected, we reserve the right to close the account in question and confiscate any existing funds on the account.

Furthermore, if we have reason to believe that there is any individual or group activity that is trying to commit bonus abuse, we reserve the right to revoke, deny or cancel any active promotional offer. We will also, at our sole discretion, exclude any account from future promotional offers.

The English language version of this agreement (page) and all other agreements (pages) on Boomzy will prevail over any other language version issued by us.
